RETURN POLICY FOR APPAREL & ACCESSORIES
We accept returns & exchanges within 15 days of your shipment delivery date. If you would like to initiate a return, please email us at someone@thezanystore.com to get your return started.
Your return / exchange must be approved prior to shipping back and prior to refunds or exchanges are made. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
MORE RETURN / EXCHANGE INFORMATION: The product must be shipped within 15 days from when the order was placed. All products must be returned in the original packaging. Product must be unworn and unused. Any product that is returned, and doesn’t fit these standards, will not be accepted and you will not be refunded. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once your return / exchange is received and approved, we will ship your replacement as soon as possible.
RETURN POLICY FOR SKATEBOARDS
Skateboard decks may be returned within 15 days from delivery for full refund, exchange or in-store credit as long as the plastic is still fully intact and no visible damage has been made. Gripped skateboards cannot be returned.

RETURN POLICY FOR SNOWBOARDS
Snowboards may be returned within 15 days from delivery for full refund, exchange or in-store credit as long as the plastic is still fully intact and no visible damage has been made.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY: Every snowboard is guaranteed against manufacturer defects for up to one year from the original purchase date from the original purchaser.
Contact with things other than snow (rails, rocks, leaving it outside, etc) will void the warranty as these things inevitably will damage your board and don't fall under our manufacturer's defect guarantee. Impact related issues, damage caused by use of solvents or thread locking adhesives, or minor or cosmetic cracks or chips in the top sheet will not be refunded or replaced and do not fall under the manufacturer's defect guarantee as well.
