We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return any unused, unwashed item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• To initiate a return, please email us at someone@thezanystore.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to reserve your replacement item before sending anything back.
